As a young man, the artist studied the basics of painting in France, along the classical tradition. His knowledge of the use of colour, in its fullest, gave him a tremendous impetus to paint Canadian fall scenes. Using a free style of calculated strokes he has achieved an unmatched symphony of yellow orange and green leaves making music.
