It is early October in the Gatineau valley. The earth has put on its colourful dress. The scene begs to be remembered, as the colour of the leaves is at its zenith . Rhyn pulls out his easel and the hard work begins. It is a large canvas, but in the end, every inch is covered. Laden with warm green yellow and red, the masses of glowing light reflect on the calm waters. The painting, when finished, becomes permanent for others to admire.
