This is a large painting. The artist has violated all the rules of composition. The idea of having a foreground and horizon is gone. We are looking at the potted flowers from atop, yet everything is so beautifully arranged. There are many flowers, but each having a character of its own. Each petal is delicately handled individually, yet very harmonious and balanced.
