This work to the onlooker should be self explanatory. Like all living things, trees need their space. As they try to reach the sky, they absolutely need light and water. Their energy then goes to the top and, they attain rhythm. The rhythm, as seen by the artist, often becomes lyrical as the branches curve and intertwine. Rhyn, having under all of the above, used small lyrical strokes to create patterns, which in turn, stir waves of emotion.
